Prices/Adoption/Waitlist & More

The adoption process for a kitten is pretty standard. If you're interested in adopting, I will send over a contract for your review and signature, along with my Venmo or Zelle info for the down deposit on your chosen kitten. Once I receive the deposit, I will send an email going over how to prepare for the little one's arrival, covering everything from shots and health records to food, litter, and toys. Throughout the weeks, I'll keep you updated on milestones and growth, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. On kitten pickup day, we will meet at a nearby Catholic school where you will pay the remaining balance and pick up your Scottish Fold kitten. Each kitten will come with a few days' worth of hard food, canned food, a blanket with their siblings' scent, toys, and most importantly, their health record showing their first vaccinations, deworming, and about the kitten. Kittens are typically ready to go home at around 10 weeks old, but if I feel they are not quite ready, I will keep them a little longer until they're ready.

I unfortunately do not allow home visits during the adoption process for various reasons. The main reason is that kittens do not have an existing immune system to fight off anything brought into the home until a couple of weeks after their first vaccine, which coincides with when they are going home. For the protection of the kitten and the litter, this policy is one I have had to adopt to after learning the hard way. Additionally, there is a security concern with strangers coming in and out of my home, as expensive cats can attract criminals. However, I do offer FaceTime for those interested in the kitten waitlist!

I do not ship Cargo, but I have met adopters at my local air port that have picked up the kitten and brought it back with them as their carry on. I also work with a travel nanny, which costs $600+ to deliver the kitten to your preferred airport.

To join the kitten waitlist, there is a fee of $300. This amount allows you to select a kitten before the general public can and secures your position for first pick, second pick, or whatever pick number you are. If you decide to pass on the current litter, you will remain on the waitlist for the next litter. If you are second pick and the person ahead of you chooses a kitten, you will be bumped up to first pick for the next litter. Should you choose to adopt a kitten from the current litter, the $300 from your waitlist deposit will be applied to the overall price of the kitten. It typically takes about 4 1/2 weeks to determine if the kittens will be folded or have straight ears. Once I know their ear sets, I will reach out to those on the waitlist so they can decide if they would like to proceed with adoption. You will have 24 hours to decide which kitten you want. This may not seem like much time, but if theres 5-7 people on the waitlist then thats a weeks worth of deciding. Please note there is a contract for the waitlist, so please have an idea of your preferences regarding gender, ear sets, and color. This does not mean you HAVE to go by this, but I need it for the contract. 

The cost can vary on the season, traffic of the business (supply and demand), most asked for parent, and quality. Supply and demand can 100% affect the price of the kitten just like any business. I have momma cats that have more costly kittens than other momma cats. Some moms have small litters and some have large litters which can also affect the price. For the most part I base my price on the overall quality of the kitten. Does it have a round head or narrow head, are the shape of the eyes large or more squinty, is it a straight ear, single, double or triple fold, is the color rare or not, nose placement, etc... I have shown and learned from years of showing/breeding what a quality kitten looks like based off of TICA standards.

Price of a Folded ear kitten: $2,700-$5,000 Average Price: $2,900

The average price does go up depending on the litter and what was discussed above.
